    Welcome to Wa2Engage, a digital communication and change-management platform developed and operated by Pixore Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website or the Wa2Engage platform ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

    If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

    1. About Wa2Engage

    Wa2Engage is a WhatsApp-powered engagement platform designed for Customer Relationship Management, organisational change management, awareness campaigns, micro-learning, feedback collection, and internal communication. The platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI assistants, and other communication tools as required.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

    By using this website or creating an account on Wa2Engage, you confirm that you:

    • Are an authorised representative of your organisation
    • Agree to comply with these Terms
    • Have obtained consent from your users where required

    3. Permitted Use

    You may use Wa2Engage solely for:

    • Organisational communication
    • Internal employee engagement
    • Learning and awareness activities
    • Approved WhatsApp communications
    • AI-assisted responses and workflows

    You agree not to use the platform for:

    • Spam, harassment, or unsolicited promotions
    • Political messaging (unless legally permitted)
    • Sensitive medical, financial, or personal profiling
    • Fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content
    • Activities that violate WhatsApp or Meta's Business Policies

    4. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

    Using Wa2Engage requires compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies, including:

    • Valid user opt-in
    • Approved message templates
    • Respecting rate limits
    • Adhering to content guidelines
    • Not purchasing or renting phone numbers for mass outreach

    Meta may suspend messaging if violations occur. Pixore Solutions is not responsible for WhatsApp or Meta enforcement actions.

    5. AI Usage and Limitations

    Wa2Engage integrates OpenAI to power conversational features, micro-learning support, and knowledge assistance.

    By using AI features, you acknowledge:

    • AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
    • AI should not be used for legal, medical, or financial advice
    • Certain data may be processed by OpenAI according to their policies
    • You remain responsible for overseeing and verifying AI-generated content

    6. Privacy & Data Protection

    We follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia and apply industry best practices for data protection.

    We commit to:

    • Collecting only necessary operational data
    • Protecting data using secure cloud infrastructure
    • Not selling or sharing your data with third parties
    • Allowing users to request data access or deletion

    Your organisation is responsible for obtaining proper employee consent and ensuring lawful internal use.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All software, features, designs, content, documentation, and branding on Wa2Engage are the exclusive property of Pixore Solutions.

    You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as long as your subscription is active.

    8. Fees & Billing

    Subscription, WhatsApp API charges, and AI token consumption fees apply.

    By using Wa2Engage, you agree to:

    • Pay all applicable charges
    • Ensure timely payment
    • Accept that no refunds are provided for partial periods or usage fees

    9. Service Availability

    While we aim for high availability, Wa2Engage depends on third-party services, including:

    • WhatsApp / Meta
    • OpenAI
    • Cloud infrastructure providers

    Downtime or service interruption from these vendors may affect your experience. Pixore Solutions cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

    10. Termination of Use

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

    • These terms are violated
    • WhatsApp policies are breached
    • Unlawful or harmful activity is detected
    • Payments are overdue beyond the grace period

    You may discontinue use at any time.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Pixore Solutions is not liable for:

    • WhatsApp or Meta enforcement actions
    • AI-generated content inaccuracies
    • Business losses, revenue impact, or data corruption
    • Security issues originating from your environment or users
    • Any indirect or consequential damages

    Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three (3) months.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

    Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
